Devised by our Chef, it carries his personal signature and passion for vibrant Greek flavours made from the freshest ingredients. It serves a moreish selection of classic breakfast, with a modern twist and a bit of an edge to steer clear of being ordinary. The breakfast of Brasserie Modèrne is à la carte style, meaning that it is made to order, ensuring it is always fresh, a la minute and tailored to your personal preferences.

Located on the hotel’s ground floor, Brasserie Modèrne is wrapped in the intimacy of the hotel’s serene ambiance, giving guests a cozy feeling of warmth. The surrounding is fascinating: the design furniture, colored tapestry and hip layout create a unique setting. The seating arrangement consists of two areas, one indoors and one open air patio that is adorned with climbing plants, providing the perfect place to escape for a stylish and tasteful break during the day.
